The "Equifest" - the "Feast of the Horse" - will be held on the area of Hungexpo on the 18th and 19th of October, 2008.

I will put on display and also sell my pictures featuring horses. The proceeds from this event will go to the "Bottyan Equus Hungária az Öreg,Beteg,Sérült Lovakért Közhasznú Alapítvány", a charity found for old, ill, injured horses.

There will be live, open painting demonstrations held by me at the booth whole day, where everybody interested can try and catch a glimpse of the secrets of making the cork-oil paintings!

From Felpéc I directly travelled to a very special event: to the scene of the II. Magyar-Madjar Kurultaj held at Kunszentmiklós, between the 8th and 10th of August.

This is a historical meeting between the Hungarians and their brothers living in Asia so huge and with so high standards that was never seen before. It was a large traditional festival with spectacular shows, concerts and mustering of ancient trades.

I presented my pictures about horses, and I gladly supported this event with donating some of my works - these were given as prizes on the contests.
